7-day exchange

If something is not right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Sale items and personal items (e.g. sunglasses that have been worn) may not be eligible.
• Please share a photo or video of the parcel on WhatsApp if the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days.
